Daily Mindfulness for Kids

Parents and teachers, this is for you!
Whether it's in your living room or your classroom, kids of all ages will benefit from this daily dose of mindfulness and meditation each morning. 
The next session begins on October 5th and runs for two weeks.

What's Included? 

Daily Mindfulness Lessons

Each morning Rebecca will post a new video for you to share with your children or your students. In each video she will share a mindfulness lesson, a personal story with a teachable moment in it, inspiring and motivational messages or little tips and tricks for making mindfulness tangible and fun. 

Daily Stillness Practice 

Each daily video will end with a shared gratitude practice, intention setting and joy building, followed by a two-minute Mindful Moment.

Rebecca's Signature Brain Lesson Video

​In this 20 min video, Rebecca shares her signature brain lesson with the help of her playful rock characters. Parents and teachers will be in awe as children grasp how the amygdala responds to different emotions thanks to this unique and simple explanation. Rebecca also talks about feelings, breathing and false alarms. This is a must watch for humans of ALL ages. When we understand the basics of mindfulness, we are on our way to a greater sense of well being and calm.

Videos are in Podia!

Each morning Rebecca will post the new video into Podia. Podia is a very easy-to-use platform that you will log into each day to find your new video. If you watched Rebecca's Classroom Calm webinar, you will already be familiar with this amazing platform. Videos will be posted by 6:00 AM. 

Videos are yours for a Year

Each daily video will be yours to keep for a year. You can re-watch, re-learn and re-practice until your heart's content!  

Sessions are Current 

​Rebecca loves keeping her content current and relevant. This two week session will be focusing on how we can use mindfulness and meditation to help us find calm and peace in this time of fear and uncertainty amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. As children grapple with new school procedures, virtual or in-person alike, mindfulness is a wonderful way to stay grounded and positive.
