Meditation 

We will meet Monday-Friday via Facebook Live to meditate together, and of course it will include my ramblings and teachings beforehand :) lots of laughs, tears and ah-ha's guaranteed.

I will teach you how the groundbreaking, daily  journaling of the Holistic Psychologist can help you unlearn patterns of behaviour that aren't serving you.

Throughout the 30 days, we will meet 5 times, via Zoom, for lessons, sharing, reflecting and questions.

Morning Meditations

Every weekday morning, participants will meet on a closed and private Facebook Live Group, at 6:30 am. Rebecca will begin each morning with a lesson, a prompt, or a sharing. Some days participants will be asked to engage through the commenting function. Directly following this Rebecca will lead everyone in gratitude, intentions, affirmations and joy building. Finally, there will be a 15-20 min meditation. 

While it is optimal to join live, it is not mandatory. You are welcome to catch the session later in the day, at a time that suits your schedule. 

Setting aside the time each day to be intentional, appreciative and still will lead you to feeling more grounded, joyful and in alignment.

Journaling

This is the part Rebecca is most excited about as it is a new addition to her morning routine and something that has had an incredible impact in her life.

Rebecca is excited to share her journey with journaling with you during the first Zoom meeting and then teach you how to begin a journaling practice that can begin to help you unlearn patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving you. 

Rebecca will work with each participant to help determine a meaningful pattern to work on. Perhaps you'd like to drink less or become less reactive or defensive. Perhaps you'd like to establish a healthier relationship with food or learn how to say no. Maybe you'd like to understand why you complain so much or see life through a lens of fear. Maybe you want more stillness and would like to let go of the need for busyness. There are so many ways that we can utilize this powerful tool; the options and ideas are endless!

Adding journaling to your morning routine can result in increased awareness, a greater level of consciousness and can provide a portal into discovering what is beneath the patterns that are no longer serving us.

Virtual Live Meetings

Throughout this 30-Day program, Rebecca will host 5 live virtual meetings. During these meetings Rebecca will teach and guide participants in the journaling process, elaborate on her personal journey with mindfulness, meditation and journaling and dig into the world of spirituality, explaining how it can serve us throughout the 30 days. 

These meetings will also be an opportunity for participants to share their experiences and ask lots of questions. It will allow everyone to deepen their learning and personalize the process. 

All meetings will begin at 7:00 PM on the following dates:

Wednesday, July 22nd

While the meetings will serve as an incredible learning tool, they will also be instrumental in building connection and community. When we are together we are more likely to be committed and it will serve us well to feel seen, heard and valued throughout this process.
