These beautiful rocks have so many uses. One of our favourite uses is to use them as a physical and visual reminder and tool to remember to breathe. Whether we suffer from anxiety, we are experiencing something difficult, or just because we go through life at such a fast pace...we all need a reminder to breathe now and again. Taking long, slow, deep breaths has been linked to reducing stress hormones in the body. It literally changes the physiology of our bodies. It is one of the easiest, cheapest and effective tools that we have at our disposal 24/7. Each time you take a nice deep breath, hold one of the letters and place it down on your exhale. Pick up the next rock and repeat until you have spelled the word Breathe.
