Mindfulness Club Part 2 (ages 7 and up)
Fall session runs from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm on the following Mondays:
Sept. 16, Sept. 23, Sept. 30, Oct. 7This 4-week Mindfulness Club is intended for the zen warrior who has completed the original Mindfulness Club. Throughout the course students will deepen their understanding of important mindfulness topics and practices; engage in meaningful sharing and learning from one another; learn how to meditate for extended periods of time.
Sessions run in the coziness of Rebecca's home in Barrhaven.
